In an effort to motivate and inspire the frontline employees of Thomas Cook and increase package sale to Mauritius,at the two call centre of Thomas Cook in Mumbai on 3rd and 4th November 2015. The destination presentation was followed by a quiz round, where the winners were given goody bags. As part of the campaign, Thomas Cook celebrated the entire week as Mauritius Destination Festival in both the call centres with Mauritius branding. During that period, special offers on Mauritius were introduced to lure consumers to visit Mauritius . Anuj Singhal from MTPA India who gave the destination presentation, was very happy at the enthusiasm of the Thomas Cook employees and said “this was a perfect initiative by Thomas Cook to increase sales conversions to Mauritius”.
