To build on the success of the recent Luxury Roadshow and take advantage of the promotional fare offered by Air Mauritius, MTPA organized Tour Operators familiarization trips from Delhi and Mumbai in September and October, 2015.
The itinerary gave the agents an opportunity to discover the beautiful island and experience its highlights. The groups experienced sea-karting, submarine trip, undersea walk, and a sunset cruise on the catamaran, interaction with lions at Casela, and a visit to the crocodile park. They enjoyed shopping at the Caudan Waterfront and Bagatelle Mall. The team relished the delicious Mauritian cuisines and enjoyed some of the World’s Best Rum, which is made in Mauritius. The groups were hosted by Hotel Jalsa Beach, Le Meridien Hotel, Veranda Pointe aux Biches, Outrigger Mauritius Resort & Spa, Tarissa, Sofitel Imperial, Heritage Resorts Mauritius, Trou Aux Biches Resort & Spa, Angsana Balaclava Resort, Dinarobin Hotel, Beachcomber Hotels and were very pleased with the hospitality during their trip.
